These general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") are concluded between Plaisirs Durables and any non-commercial natural person ("You") wishing to make a purchase on the Website or the catalog. These General Conditions exclusively govern your relationship with Plaisirs Durables. Plaisirs Durables reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online. The items we sell are strictly reserved for adults over 18, and may therefore offend the sensitivity of some people. The prices indicated in the product offer are inclusive of VAT.
All orders must be accompanied by full payment, and will only be executed by us after we have ascertained the identity of the recipient. Therefore, we cannot accept cash on delivery shipments. When you order online on our site, the validation of your payment formalizes the sales contract with Plaisirs Durables. We reserve the right not to accept the order or to subject it to certain conditions. During your online purchase, we reserve the right to offer you only certain means of payment. Plaisirs Durables is committed to fulfilling orders only within the limits of available stocks of products. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. All orders are recorded and processed immediately upon receipt and are shipped as soon as possible. An invoice is attached to the parcel, clearly showing all the order information, in particular the availability of the items.
You have the choice to pay for your order by:

Promo, reduction or voucher codes
Each promo, reduction or voucher code acquired consists of a unique combination of numbers or letters corresponding to a certain offer. Coupons, discounts or electronic vouchers made up of numbers are in most cases linked to an email address. To be able to benefit from these promotions, reductions or vouchers, you must therefore identify yourself using the e-mail address to which the corresponding promo, reduction or voucher codes were sent. These promotions, discounts or vouchers cannot be applied in the case of identification with another e-mail address. Each promo, discount or voucher code is valid for a specified period. After the expiration date, these promo codes, reduction codes or vouchers can no longer be used.
Promo codes, reduction codes or vouchers cannot be used as payment for an amount previously due. Unless otherwise specified, each promo, reduction or voucher code can only be used once per person and per email address. We authorize over a period of six months per customer and per address, two coupon codes, discounts or vouchers. The value corresponding to a promo, reduction or voucher code must be used at one time and you can only use one promo, reduction or voucher code per order. If a promo, reduction or voucher code is used for products whose total price does not exceed the value of the promotion, reduction or voucher, the remaining unused value is permanently forfeited. You will therefore no longer be able to benefit from it. Promo, discount and voucher codes are not redeemable for cash and are not valid on products other than those to which they apply. In the event of theft or loss of your codes, no compensation will be issued. Lost codes also include (inadvertently) deleting emails. Any attempted fraud or prohibited use of promo, reduction or voucher codes will be recorded in the customer account and will result in a permanent ban on the use of these codes.
Special offers and free gifts
The special offers and gifts offered are valid while stocks last, and are limited to one single offer or one gift per customer, per order and / or per household. You will be able to benefit from the special offer or the free gift only if all or part of the items ordered can be delivered. Usually, these items are tied to a minimum purchase amount, unless otherwise specified in the special offer terms.
Plaisirs Durables takes the greatest care in the selection of its products. Each delivery from our suppliers is rigorously controlled. This allows us to assure you of the best quality of products. If, however, an item was defective or if you have a complaint, we invite you to contact our customer service department who will advise you on what to do.
In accordance with the regulations, Plaisirs Durables undertakes to respect its obligations relating to the guarantees attached to the products sold on its site which appear in the articles extracted from the Consumer Code and the Civil Code below:
Consumer Code - article L211-4
The seller is required to deliver a product that conforms to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

How do we handle your complaint?
Any complaint received is processed no later than 14 days after receipt.
If the processing of your complaint requires more time, you will receive within 14 days an acknowledgment of receipt mentioning the necessary waiting time before you receive a response from us.
Are you not satisfied with the response to your complaint? It is important to us that you receive a satisfactory response to your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have 4 weeks to appeal it. Let us know by email that you are not satisfied and that you want us to offer you another solution. Your scanned letter should contain the following information:
- description of your complaint and the reason why you are not satisfied with the first response we have sent you
- your name, address, phone number and email address
- your customer number

The Customer Service Manager will acknowledge receipt of your letter and tell you within what time frame we will respond. It is usually a few weeks, but never more than three months.
You can also file your complaint on the ODR platform (Online dispute resolution) from the European Commission. This EU-established platform can be used by all consumers across Europe. The European Commission provides this platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, which gives consumers the ability to settle any dispute related to their order online without the need for a court of first instance. The responsibility of Plaisirs Durables cannot be engaged in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by case law. Likewise, Plaisirs Durables cannot be held liable for all the inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breakdown in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
All elements of the Website are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. Likewise, the brands, logos, designs and models appearing on the Website are the exclusive property of Plaisirs Durables. Their disclosure can in no way be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any of the said trademarks and distinctive elements protected by copyright. They cannot therefore be used under penalty of counterfeiting.
